How we Work
We are flexible in how we meet our clients' needs. We understand that different clients have different needs. Some clients want only one point of contact. Other clients appreciate the ability to have direct contact with our Russian office. This is actually of great value to some clients. Due to the geography of our two offices, Bear Code is actually up and running between 18 and 20 hours each day. The U.S. office is staffed from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m., and the Russian office is staffed from 1 a.m. to 12 p.m (ET).
We use a standardized toolset of design, IDE (Integrated Developer Environment), time tracking, content version, documentation and testing tools. Since all our developers use this standard set of tools, all processes are streamlined. Backing up this streamlined work flow and pool of talent is a commitment to client satisfaction that is second to none. Of course, we realize that pronouncements are easy to make. The best way to measure potential partners is to speak to their existing clients.
